Curley

Since day 1 Curly has been "daddy's boy".  My husband Jeff fell for him the second we saw him.  He has grown to 80+ lbs - far outweighing his older sister Tessa.  He and Tessa are inseparable and partners in crime.  Though a rough and tuff looking boy Curly appreciates his creature comforts and still thinks he is a lap dog.  Curly and our
4 cats have signed a treaty over several territorial concerns  - but he has yet to reach a favorable understanding with the horses.   He snuggles between my husband and me every night.     We LOVE Curly!!

Buster

BUSTER with his two girls; Deidra and Corinne

It has been about four years since you brought "Buster" into our lives and we couldn't possibly thank you enough. I think you called him "Bubba"  he is a white boxer you rescued from the Southern part of Ohio. We had a  chance to meet you at the pet expo a couple years back. Anyway, our family would like to say thank you for Buster and all  the joy he has brought us. Buster says thanks also.

Ginger

Ginger was brought to us by a sobbing woman who found her in the ditch of a farm field. Ginger was weak, starving and could not walk. She was covered with sores and ticks and was at least 9-10 years old and had been bred many, many times. We found her a wonderful home, and here is what her owner says about precious Ginger:
GINGER IS A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO MY FAMILY.SHE IS SO SWEET AND KIND I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT HER. SHE IS PROTECTIVE 0F ME.SHE IS VERY MELLOW AND DEFINITELY THE MOTHER FIGURE FOR THE OTHER TWO. WHEN THE BABY WAS HURT SHE CUDDLED HIM AND GROOMED HIM AND KEPT HIM CLOSE TO HER, UNTIL HE WAS BETTER. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT ADOPTING AN OLDER DOG, BUT SHE IS THE BEST DOG I HAVE. I WOULDN'T GIVE HER UP FOR THE WORLD. JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU THE OLDER ONES CAN BE THE BEST ONES. PAM

Angus

Angus was just supposed to stay for the night as we volunteered to foster him for Heart of Ohio Boxer Rescue. It didn't work out that way, though. A former stray, Angus didn't know how to play with toys (his new sister Lucy showed him the ropes), and seemed hesitant to get on the couch or in bed with us at night. He seemed afraid to love and trust. Slowly, day by day, he is learning to love us, as much as we love him. He is the greatest boy! He is so sweet and laid back, which is a nice contrast to hyper little Lucy. He has found his forever home, and we couldn't be happier!

Dudley

Dudley came to us as a great puppy with a better-than-average attitude and  sweetness.  Her 'mom' says:  "she is doing great!  She is such a wonderful doggy friend.  She goes everywhere and does everything with me.  If I had a bigger house I
would probably have two or three boxer friends for her by now!  I'll let you know when I get that mansion on the hill! ;-) " Mandee
